Father, Son, & Life Learner: Embracing the Thrilling Adventure of Business
I was born into a family of entrepreneurs, so I’ve experienced firsthand the grit, challenges, and rewards that come with building businesses. After serving three years in the U.S. Air Force, I teamed up with my brother Eric and my dad Gene to launch Scriba Town Inn. Together, we turned an idea into my first million-dollar business.
Eventually, I took my entrepreneurial mindset into Corporate America, carving out a career in the Equipment Leasing and Finance industry. As the leader of UniFi Equipment Finance, I’ve had the privilege of growing the company’s annual volume from $13 million to over $115 million.
Along the way, I’ve developed a passion for helping organizations thrive by coaching them on how to foster intrapreneurship and internal innovation.
Outside of my professional life, I’ve coached hockey for over 20 years—a sport that remains close to my heart.
When I’m not on the ice, you can usually find me in Ann Arbor, MI, perfecting my swing on the golf course or testing my skills on the pickleball court.
